Gates Ambulance offers a wide array of community programs to promote good health and community.
Services
Blood Pressure Clinic
Your blood pressure is one of the most important indicators of your personal health and everyone should know what their ‘numbers’ are and what they mean.
Please stop by any of our stations between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days a week to get your blood pressure checked by one of our medical professionals.
Car Seat Inspections
Free Car Seat Inspection Clinics are held on the 2nd Saturday of every month at Gates Ambulance station two located at 1600 Buffalo Rd (just West of Howard Rd). Call 247-5519 for an appointment.
Almost 90% of all child safety seats are installed incorrectly or misused by their owners! Let us help give you peace of mind, for you and your family.
Loan Closet
Gates Volunteer Ambulance Services provide no-charge loans of personal equipment to help our town members get back to health, such as wheel chairs, crutches, canes, and walkers.
Feel free to contact us at 247-5519 at any time to request one of these items. Please note that because of health codes we do not have commodes.
The loan closet is available to residents in the Towns of Gates, Ogden, Parma, and Village of Spencerport residents only.
Special Event Standby
Gates Volunteer Ambulance may be able to provide a stand by ambulance for some community functions. For more information and pricing on this service please reach us by email at Gates.Standbys@Gatesems.org.
